What does a Zendesk implementation include

Our Zendesk implementation services comprise two key phases. The first phase is Foundation, where we train your admins and team on the fundamentals of using Zendesk while establishing the core setup of your platform.

The second phase is Operations, and here we take a deeper dive into optimising your Zendesk instance (this is the overall Zendesk setup for your company). This includes the implementation of automations, streamlined processes, etc.
