About Zendesk OS
- What is Zendesk OS?
Zendesk OS is Gravity CX’s suite of Zendesk apps, built for our own clients and published on the Zendesk Marketplace: an automated health check, bulk export and bulk edit tools, CSAT insight, agent ticket chat, zensync, and integrations with Xero and SevenRooms.
- How do I install a Zendesk OS app?
Open the app’s listing on the Zendesk Marketplace, choose Install and pick your Zendesk account. A Zendesk admin finishes the install, and can choose which roles and groups see the app.
- How do I export tickets from Zendesk to CSV?
Zendesk lets admins export a view of tickets to CSV, and some plans include full data exports. Bulk Export adds what those don’t: tickets, users and organisations to CSV, on demand or on a schedule, from inside Zendesk.
- How are the apps priced?
Each app is priced on its Zendesk Marketplace listing, in US dollars.
- Are the apps included with Managed Zendesk?
Yes, and only with Managed Zendesk: full Zendesk OS access every month, set up by your consultant and used in your health checks and monthly plan.
